Question On Totals

Can anyone tell me how much further the totals on both games could reasonably expect to drop before gametime? Assuming the weather is what they're saying it's going to be--big storms coming through saturaday, stopping sunday....so no storm at game time (but very cold).

I guess I'm asking for predictions of what the final o/u's will be at gametime....it just seems like they're bottoming out already.

So any predictions on what the gametime over/unders will be?

Looking for any thoughts on this as soon as possible for something today, thanks--come on, throw 'em out there!

I got the Eagles game at Under 40. I just watched a newscaster calling for winds up to 40 MPH during the game. The line now sits about 37.5, I think it has to go lower once these weather reports solidify and the word goes national. I think 35, but it may rise near game time as some buy back. I ain't buying back cause i think Under 40 is a winner. My main concern is that some models are now saying 20" to 30" of snow possible which may cause Rendell to declare state of emergency and postpone game. Rendell is a huge Eagles fan so he will only do this if he thinks it will help the cause :raining:

Grogan, I think the lines will continue dropping until early Sunday afternoon when people realize all the snow hasn't rendered the fields unplayable, then they may bounce back up a tad. I don't know how low the books are willing to drop totals, but I'll guess we'll bottom out at 33 and 36. This is like trying to time the selling/buying of a stock! GL

The worst condition to play in is wind and it will be a factor in both games tomorrow. You have already lost a little value on the Philly/Atlanta game but 37 is a key number and still available. Same with Pitt/NE. 34 is a key number and could drop below it by tomorrow. I'm thinking these numbers will both be lower by gametime and would bet both unders now.

Overs

Do not play unders straight up. Tease them to 40's if you like. Never seen such a drop in totals in a long time. Beggin to take under. i will be marginal on both overs. Turnovers the key.

I think there will be more points scored than people think, due to turnovers.I think i would tease down and play over the really low numbers. Good luck to all

I'm looking to tease the games today and hope for the best. I think the under 37 straight(Bodog-120) up could be risky in the Philly/atlanta game. I Think a 4 team tease both teams and under & over is worth 50 small just to watch the game with some action on it.

o/u

i dont see them going any lower, got the over on phil at 36, and over on pitt at 34. only up from there

just hope that any team can go down by at least 10 early, will make it fly over

p.s. you dont get to the bowl for scoring no points
